HISTORY

Julio Neri Faría & Asociados (JNF) was founded in 1985 by Julio Neri Faría. Prior to the creation of JNF, Mr. Neri worked for over twenty years with one of the most successful law firms in Venezuela, where he practiced as an international lawyer, in the fields of corporate transactions, international arbitration and litigation, representing a broad range of multinational and domestic clients in many of the prominent industries of Venezuela, including oil, banking and financial services, transportation (airlines), communications, manufacturing, mining and primary products production.

Following the acquisition of this rich and varied experience, Julio Neri Faria decided to design and create a specialized legal boutique which would cater for the specific needs of his client’s in Venezuela’s unique legal environment. The boutique was formed around a core philosophy, which is to meet the highest standards of the legal profession, whilst providing personal assistance to international and local clients. JNF has adopted and developed this philosophy and, as a result, its attorneys are trained to provide clients with legal counseling as well as business and strategic advice.
